The General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council have released an implementation plan for the pilot comprehensive reform of Pudong New Area of Shanghai.

"One integrated license" to be piloted in Pudong New Area to further spur market vitality
To deepen the reform in Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, the city's Pudong New Area will pilot the "one integrated license" in 31 sectors, to integrate the previously required multiple licenses into one on market access, the State Council's executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang decided.
